Blending creativity with research rigor, currently I am a research and designer leading creative project management for EU social initiative projects with Shine 2Europe. To get here, I’ve led global advertising campaigns, for some of the world’s biggest brands at Wunderman Thompson (VML) marketing communications agency. At A Piece of Pie consultancy, I translated insights from big questions into innovative solutions driven by human behavior. While at Tata Consultancy, I guided the transition and rebranding of Optum’s digital healthcare products.

Experience
As a Researcher/Designer and Creative Project Managment, I combine applied research with multimedia design to strengthen communication and dissemination for EU-funded social innovation projects. Creating accessible reports, visual content, branding and websites tailored to policymakers, NGOs, and end-users, while managing complex workflows across multicultural teams to meet EU dissemination requirements.
As a Innovation Consultant, I conducted qualitative and quantitative user and market research across sectors including luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and pharma. I translated behavioral insights into strategic recommendations that strengthened brand positioning, supported HCP decision-making, and improved patient outcomes. I led research teams of 1–3, coordinated with compliance and operations, and delivered segmentation models, personas, journey maps, and executive insight presentations that informed market strategy for international pharma brands and guided C-level stakeholders and brand managers.
As a Art Director and Creative Project Manager, I led creative strategy and execution for a nearshore design team of 5+, delivering campaigns across North America, the UK, and LATAM. I oversaw omnichannel content production, from digital and video to web, print, and Amazon microsites, and directed storyboarding, short-form video, and animation. I also designed and presented high-stakes RFP decks for C-suite stakeholders, helping win major accounts that fueled team growth and accelerated creative delivery while reducing turnaround times and resource costs.
As a Lead Designer (UI/UX and Graphic Design), I directed the transition and rebranding of 6+ digital healthcare products, coordinating closely with cross-border teams in North America and Israel. I designed high-fidelity Axure RP mockups that met FDA accessibility standards, led UI reskinning initiatives to improve usability and visual consistency, and developed comprehensive design guidelines to streamline development. Through moderated user testing and stakeholder workshops, I secured alignment with business goals and delivered a unified design system that improved user experience, ensured regulatory compliance, and accelerated product launch cycles.
As a Designer (UI/UX and Graphic Design), I designed and optimized user interfaces for web and mobile applications, improving usability and customer engagement. Using data-driven methods, including A/B testing, drop-rate analysis, and heat mapping, I identified pain points and guided informed design decisions. I collaborated with marketing and creative teams to align brand development and social content with corporate identity, while managing multiple design projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines. This work strengthened brand consistency across digital channels and improved user journeys and conversion rates.
